Ordering Policies

Order details are final 30 days prior to pick up.

 

50% nonrefundable deposit is required in order to secure a date/order. I can not hold a date/order without a deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick up. Once deposit is received, your order is officially on my calendar. 

 

Cookie shapes/designs will not be the exact same as the inspiration photos any customer sends. Please note products may vary. 

 

Please be prompt for pick up.

 

A message is sent prior to production, including: order details and pick up information/time. Production can not begin without the customer acknowledging this message. 

 

Color matching is not 100% guaranteed. I will try my best to match colors to color schemes provided by the customer. 

 

Once the order is picked up, I am no longer responsible for anything that happens to the order.
